Pursuit of Passion

3/27/2024

You can and should pursue personal passions alongside your professional career. Don't lose sight of who you are or who you want to be. You have one life; don't forget to live it.
Last year I spent the whole year working my first full-time job not as a student.  Many people find themselves struggling with work life balance and maintaining their passions while working.  I always thought that it would be impossible to do what you love while working 40-60 hour work weeks.  Last year showed me that I can pursue my personal passions alongside my professional career, and that if you truly love something you will make time for it.  Try not to let your life get dragged down by mandatory requirements or social obligations, and don't forget who you are or who you want to be.
